In our restaurant you will discover the pleasure of tasting fine local produce presented in the very best way: fresh and simple. Our dishes are totally in tune with the changing seasons and reflect the very best in French culinary tradition, with the help of some of the finest certified Normandy produce. Among our specialities, free-range chicken poached in cider, fresh homemade duck foie gras, crispy Camembert puff, "Normandy Label" beef fillet with its marrow, Sole meunière with Charlotte potato mash and salted butter, and last, but not least, our special Scallop menu during the fishing season from October to May.
